Cascade Brass In Many Upcoming Concerts

While you're waiting for the Cascade Winds to kick up again this spring, enjoy some of the members the band in this brass quintet.
Here we come! Starting this Sunday, December 16, the Cascade Brass Quintet will be performing four free Holiday concerts and we would like to see you at at least one of them.
Here we come! Starting this Sunday, December 16, the Cascade Brass Quintet will be performing four free Holiday concerts and we would like to see you at at least one of them.
Sunday, December 16, 7pm in
Redmond. Michelle Van Handel and our tuba guy Tom Barber have
collaborated on some great new arrangements in addition to several favorites
from past years. In addition to Michelle, the quintet will be back with a
wonderful new program with arrangements by Jack Gale, Lennie Liehaus and Paul
Nagle. The concert will be at Zion Lutheran Church in Redmond. It is located
at 1113 SW Black Butte Blvd.
Thursday, December 20, 5:30 pm in
Redmond. We will be at the Redmond Public Library this evening.
Please attend if you enjoy fun music. This program will be similar to Sunday's
but without Michelle. We have played here for several years and always have fun
and a good, friendly audience.
Friday, December 21, 7 pm in
Bend. Tonight's program will also feature Michelle. We will be in one
of the best rooms in Bend for a small-group concert. It has beautiful furnishings, great decorations, comfy seats, and
wonderful acoustics. The concert will be at the Church of the Nazarene at 1270
NE 27th in Bend (just north of Costco).
Saturday, December 22, 2pm in
Bend. This will be the same as the Thursday December 20 program except
at the Bend Public Library. The library concerts offer good listening
opportunites for you while browsing for your favorite books or music selections
and learning about all that our public libraries have to offer the
community.
