Cascade Winds Fall Term

FALL TERM: Rehearsals start Thursday, September 20, 7:00 p.m. in Pinckney. Come early to pick-up music and warm-up

DIRECTORS: The director for fall term will be Dave Sime (Winter: Dan Judd; Spring: Sue Mudge) Michael says: "I consider each of these folks highly qualified and very capable of leading this organization and I consider us fortunate that they are interested."

CONCERTS: Sunday, December 2 at 2:00 p.m. and Monday, December 3 at 7:30 p.m., concerts most likely to be at Summit High School. Check now to make sure you will be able to play both concerts as well as consistently attend rehearsals from September 20 through November 29. It isn't fair to the group to commit to playing and then not come to rehearsals on a regular basis. If you have any questions about rehearsal absences, please talk to Dave.

MUSIC: Please come early, like 6:30, to pick-up your music, help set-up the chairs and get warmed up and ready to go at 7:00 p.m.

REGISTRATION: Registration will take place at Break. Bring a check made out to COCC for $66.75 (the current cost of one college credit). Plus, if you have NEVER taken a class of any kind at COCC there is a one-time-never-pay-again fee of $25 for new students. Some scholarship funds should be available. Please let me know (in confidence of course) if availability of scholarship funds affects your ability to participate.
